Artists for Conservation Foundation

The Artists for Conservation Foundation (AFC) is a non-profit, international organization dedicated to the celebration and preservation of the natural world. Based in Vancouver Canada, the Foundation represents the world’s leading collective of artists focused on nature and wildlife, with a membership spanning five continents and twenty-seven countries. The organization’s mission is to support wildlife and habitat conservation, biodiversity, sustainability, and environmental education though art that celebrates our natural heritage.

Galapagos - Forty Days and Forty Nights - An Artist’s Sojourn

To Celebrate her 10th anniversary as an artist and exhibitor at the Buckhorn Fine Art Festival, Kelly Dodge will be doing a visual slide and film presentation about her Artists for Conservation Flag Expedition to Galapagos.

Family & Friends Water Colour Workshops

Again this year we are offering a painting workshop with Julia Conlon, one of our exhibiting artists. No experience necessary. All supplies provided for the duration of the workshop, including a mat for your finished masterpiece. The class will hold only 20 people and is designed for youth, teens, and adults. The total cost is $50 including admission and HST. The workshop will take place on Saturday, August 14th from 11am to 1pm. First come, first served, so contact us in advance to secure your spot.
